Visual identity design for a growing company dedicated to solving complex challenges in People, Performance, and Culture.
Overview
Sprouta sought to refresh its brand and visual identity to strengthen its market position. They aimed to differentiate themselves in a competitive landscape and better communicate their unique value to clients. For this endeavour, they partnered with my company, The Helper Studio.
I designed the identity system to distinctly carry Sprouta's message of "The future at work" backed by its "Expert Ecosystem." The refreshed logo, intended to symbolise the 6 "problem spaces" Sprouta solves, enhances their professional image and positions them effectively in the marketplace. The refined typography and colour treatment help boost their appeal to potential clients and reinforce their industry presence.
The result is a scalable identity that helps Sprouta manage its image effectively and with less confusion.
Scope of Work
Identify the goals, challenges, baseline metrics, target audience, competitors, and capabilities available within Sprouta’s team.
